The material transformation procedure for the production of Schneider Humus as long-term fertilizers, comprises dewatering liquid manure and dung (dry weight content of 20-65 wt.%), and admixing specially recycled cellulosic organic materials (fibrous materials) and different fermentation-promoting natural carbohydrates to the base materials. The liquid manure is cattle liquid manure and pig liquid manure or other animal excrement. A loose grindstones-like projection is present for the composting and has an overall height of 1.5 m. The liquid manure is cattle liquid manure and pig liquid manure or other animal excrement. A loose grindstones-like projection is present for the composting and has an overall height of 1.5 m. The composting takes place in a controlled aerobic stabilization phase, controlled mould and/or mushroom phase, controlled bacterial binding- and preservation phase and ripening- and/or dwell phase. The projections are moved respectively in air-washing round with modified technology. The time of the conversion is determined by the temperature and/or the oxygen- and carbon dioxide content during the trial process. The carbohydrate solutions are added to the base materials as biological catalyst for the shortening of the ripening time. Deviations in the ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of long-term fertilizer are possible by different ratio of dry weight to cellulose materials and by obtained long-term fertilizer conditions dependent upon base materials, added fibrous materials and conditions during the material transformation.
|
