A junction box for vehicles is provided to prevent temperatures of heating components from rising by using a metal core as a substrate material. A junction box for vehicles includes a substrate assembly and an insulation housing. The substrate assembly includes at least one circuit board which is electrically or mechanically integrated with the substrate assembly. The insulation housing receives the substrate assembly therein. A thin resin layer is deposited on both sides of a copper plate with a predetermined thickness. A thin copper layer is formed on an exposed surface of the resin layer to form the circuit board. Plural connection pins(40) are inserted into through-holes(34,35), which are arranged on PCBs(31,32). The PCBs(Printed Circuit Boards) are soldered on the connection pins by using an insulation separator(50) to form a substrate assembly(30). The substrate assembly is contained in an insulation housing(20).
