An adhesive preparation comprising a support and a medicine-containing la yer laminated on the support, wherein the medicine-containing layer comprise s at least one compound selected from the group consisting of fentanyl and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and an adhesive agent comprising p olyisobutylene and a silicon-containing polymer, and wherein the ratio of th e polyisobutylene to the silicon-containing polymer in the adhesive agent is 20:1 to 7:3 by mass.
