摘要 An apparatus for detecting torque is provided to allow sensors to detect a magnetic field precisely by locating a collector and a stator within a predetermined range at all times by integrating the collector with a case, thereby converging the magnetic field to the collector consistently. An apparatus for detecting torque comprises a case(110), a magnet(130), a stator(120), a collector(150), and a sensor. The case comprises an upper case(111) and a lower case(115) which are assembled to each other. The magnet, mounted within the case, is assembled to an input shaft rotated by external force, and rotates together with the input shaft. The stator, mounted within the case surrounding the magnet, is assembled with an output shaft in connection with the input shaft by a torsion bar, and rotates together with the output shaft. The collector is integrated with the case by injection molding, is spaced away from the stator and converges a magnetic field defined between the magnet and the stator. The sensor senses the magnetic field converged to the collector. The collector is located in corresponding positions of the upper case and the lower case respectively.
