The invention relates to a waterproof seal for surfaces in hydraulic and civil engineering, especially for traffic routes, tunnels, embankments, bottoms, channels, dykes, dams, tubs, basins, basements, and underground parking garages. Said waterproof seal comprises a surface seal (3) which is particularly made of swelling fleece and lies on the surface (1) that is to be sealed. A cell structure (5) whose cell walls are provided with strips (5a) that have a sealing effect and are made especially of swelling fleece is arranged on top of the surface seal (3). The cell walls, above all the fleece strips, stand upright and/or at an angle on the surface seal (3) and are fixed to each other in a contacting, particularly an intersecting manner, while the cells (7) are filled with concrete or mortar. |
