An apparatus for preventing contamination of a window frame is provided to preclude sealant from being damaged, to keep airtightness of the window frame, and to prevent water from being infiltrated into the indoor by installing a fixing groove and a protective cover. An apparatus for preventing contamination of a window frame(13) comprises a fixing groove(30), and a protective cover(1). The fixing groove is formed at an upper end of one side of the window frame mounted on a window protrusion(6). The protective cover includes a hollow square shaped fixing device(10) fixed to a plurality of fixing members(4), an upper cover(11) extended to a lower end of one side of the fixing device, a side cover(12) bent to face the lower direction of the upper cover, and a contamination prevention protrusion(13) bent to be inclined upward toward the inner direction of the side cover. |
