<p>The method for reducing or preventing clogging of a membrane for filtering wine, beer, water or other low viscous fluid, comprises supplying a fluid in a circulation, in which a membrane unit (4) is turned with a membrane through permeate, and adding residual particles to the fluid at the beginning or during the filtration process for forming turbulence or cover layer. The size of the residual particle is 1-2 mu m. Polymer, ceramics and/or other materials are used as membrane material. The material of the particle is inert against the fluid. The membrane process in the circulation shifts a preclarification of the fluid through centrifugation. The overflow of the membrane parallel to the membrane surface is caused through rotation or vibration of the membrane. An independent claim is included for a plant for filtering wine, beer, water and/or low viscous fluid.</p> |
