A mobile communication terminal and an operation method thereof are provided to output at least one warning signal by sensing pressure applied from the outside, thus a user can recognize pressure applied to the terminal as preventing damage to the terminal caused by the pressure. A sensing unit(10) senses the first pressure with greater than the predetermined amount, which is applied to a body, and outputs the first sensing signal. A controller(50) generates a control signal if the first sensing signal is continued for more than predetermined time. An output unit(40) outputs a warning signal by the control signal. If the second pressure larger than the first pressure is applied to the body, the sensing unit(10) further outputs the second sensing signal. The controller(50) generates the control signal if the second sensing signal is outputted.
