A synthetic resin mat for a rug is provided to realize a health-aid effect by using anion-emitting and antibacterial materials, and to satisfy various consumers' needs by providing a three-dimensional lenticular image. A synthetic resin mat for a rug comprises: an upper coating sheet(11) formed of a flexible transparent synthetic resin; an adhesive layer(12) applied to the bottom surface of the upper coating sheet; a convex lens layer(13) formed of a transparent synthetic resin and including a semi-circular convex lenses(13a) continuously formed on the top; a printing layer(14) having the image of an object observed by both eyes; a base sheet(15) formed of a flexible synthetic resin; and a lower coating sheet(16) formed of a flexible synthetic resin. The convex lens layer, printing layer, base sheet and lower coating sheet are stacked from the top to the bottom successively and then thermally adhered. The upper coating sheet is adhered to the top of the convex lenses by the adhesive layer.
