A service for committing a detail authority based on a ticket in a dynamic virtual organization environment is provided to improve extensibility and efficiency while solving a security problem occurring when the authority for resources is committed to a user in a dynamic virtual organization. A detail authority is committed in the dynamic virtual organization by using a ticket issued from a resource provider, a virtual organization manager, and the user. The tickets has the extensibility by managing and sharing the tickets through a P2P(Peer-to-Peer) system independent of a domain and the virtual organization. The tickets are a resource ticket issued from the resource provider, an attribute ticket issued from the virtual organization manager, and a user ticket issued from the user. The tickets include details authority restricted to the user receiving the ticket from each ticket issuer.
