An outdoor type optical terminal panel is provided to reduce operation error and to increase tolerance of a communication electronic device by dissipating heat generated in the communication electronic device to the outside efficiently. According to an outdoor type optical termination panel including a body(100) accommodating a communication electronic device, a fan(200) dissipating heat generated in the communication electronic device is formed in the center of the body. A cover(300) is coupled while forming a space with the periphery of the body for air outputted from the fan to be exhausted to the outside. The fan includes a temperature sensing sensor part operating the fan if the temperature in the body is above a fixed temperature level.
