A multilayer capacitor array is provided to control an ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance) of the capacitor array by coupling an inner electrode to an outer connection conductor which is formed on a surface of a laminate. A multilayer capacitor array includes a laminate, first to fourth terminal conductors(1-4), and first and second outer connection conductors(5,6). The laminate includes a first electrode group having first and second inner electrodes and a second electrode group having third and fourth inner electrodes. The first to fourth inner electrodes are connected to first to fourth outer connection conductors, respectively. At least one of the first inner electrodes is connected to the first terminal conductor. At least one of the second inner electrodes is connected to the second terminal conductor.
