THE FILM AND METHOD TO PRODUCT THE BEST LUMINANCE FILM IN LCD

A method for producing a BEF(Brightness Enhanced Film) for high luminance of an LCD and the BEF produced by the same are provided to control light efficiency and to produce the BEF with high luminance and a wide visual angle by stepping film resin through a mold plate. A method for producing a BEF(50) installed at an LCD is composed of steps for molding a first plate by using glass or silicon and forming bead grooves having a diameter of 1~100 ‘í, on the upside; fixing beads in the bead grooves formed on the first plate by a self-assembly method or a binder; making a mold plate(30) by electroplating or electroless-plating the upper part of the first plate where the beads are fixed, by using metal; and making the mold plate in a spherical intaligo lens form by separating the mold plate from the first plate and producing the BEF by stepping film resin(40) by using the mold plate as a stepper.
