A monitor device is provided to change an angel of a display unit variously. A supporting part(30) includes a base(310), a pair of base links(320,325), a pair of first hinge units, a pair of tilting unit supporting members(340,345), a pair of second hinge units, and at least one tilting unit(360). The base links(320,325) are rotatably combined to the base(310) centering around an upper and lower direction axis direction. The first hinge units are formed between one end of the base links(320,325) and the base(310). The first hinge units allow the base links(320,325) to be rotatable to the base(310). The tilting unit supporting members(340,345) are rotatably combined to the base links(320,325) centering around the upper and lower direction axis direction. The second hinge units are formed between the other end of the base links(320,325) and the tilting unit supporting members(340,345). The second hinge units allow the tilting unit supporting members(340,345) to be rotatable to the base links(320,325). The tilting unit(360) is formed between a display unit and the tilting unit supporting members(340,345) to be capable of allowing the display unit to be tilted to the tilting unit supporting members(340,345). The base(310) includes a base plate and a base blanket.
