Water purification filters are provided to make it not necessary to perform a shutting operation of a feed water shutting valve by automatically closing a flow path using an automatic shut off valve or a solenoid valve according to pressure of purified water and enable the water purification filters to be replaced easily by using connectors, and a water purification system using the water purification filters is provided. In water purifier adaptors for connecting a plurality of connectors on which a plurality of filter cartridges are removably mounted, water purifier adaptors capable of changing a flow path comprise: an inlet(61) and an outlet(62) that are removably joined between side faces of each of the connectors having the filter cartridges mounted thereon; a flow path guide(65) formed in the adaptors to control the flow of a fluid flowing through a flow path from the inlet to the outlet; and a first through passage(63) and a second through passage(64) that are connected perpendicularly to the inlet and the outlet so as to change the flow path of the fluid within a water purification system.
