An economical conductive sheet is provided to replace a sheet heat radiator by including at least one of an EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) absorbing member, a heat conductor, and a far infrared radiator in the conductive sheet. An economical conductive sheet is made of a polymer substrate, and includes at least one layer. A cutting slit is formed on a sheet type substrate, and penetrates upper and lower surfaces of the substrate. Upper and lower surface conductive layers are formed on upper and lower surfaces of the substrate. A connection conductive layer(21) electrically couples the upper and lower surfaces with each other. The conductive sheet conducts electricity in X, Y, and Z directions. The conductive sheet is made of at least two materials with different physical properties. Relations, RSx>RCx and RSy<RCy are satisfied, where RSx and RSy represent sheet resistances of the substrate in X and Y direction, respectively, and RCx and RCy represent sheet resistances of the conductive sheet in X and Y direction, respectively.
