A device and a method for digital radiation monitoring control for auto radionuclide analysis are provided to analyze and confirm a radionuclide to a radiation energy channel exactly. A device for digital radiation monitoring control for auto radionuclide analysis includes a control device(200) which receives a radiation in a nuclear power plant from a detector(100) for detecting the radiation and measure the radiation and at the same time, analyzes and outputs a nuclide corresponding to the radiation automatically. The control device includes a main control unit(210) and a nuclide analysis control unit(220). The main control unit performs management/control including data management according to the auto radionuclide analysis, a peripheral device control, a check source control, and a moving control. The main control unit controls an overall function to display and alarm the auto radio nuclide analysis information. The nuclide analysis control unit analyzes the radionuclide by comparing the radionuclide information according to previously stored channels to output the analyzed results.
