CAMERA MODULE PAKAGE AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREOF

A camera module package and an assembly method thereof are provided to improve productivity in assembly by securing the continuity of camera module package automation process. A camera module package(100) comprises an image sensor module(110), a housing(120) and a lens barrel(130). The image sensor module(110) is formed as an image sensor(117) and an IR filter(118) are bonded on an identical surface of an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(111) and the FPCB(111) is folded on the basis of a folding portion between the image sensor(117) and the IR filter(118). The image sensor module(110) is inserted into and fixed to the bottom of the housing(120). The lens barrel(130), in which a plurality of lenses(L) are installed, is joined with the upper part of the housing(120).
