SILT PROTECTOR WITH ELECTROLYSIS SYSTEM FOR INHIBITION OF MARINE ORGANISM GROWTH

A silt barrier is provided to enable marine organisms of seawater to be subjected to the electric shock using an electric current flowing through the electrode forming lines during supplying of power to the film body and electrolyze seawater on the surface of the film body such that hypochlorous acid with high oxidation power is generated by forming a pair of electrode forming lines on both faces of a film body. A silt barrier comprises: a film body(100) vertically installed in the water to block a zone of a water system; a floating body(200) formed on a top portion of the film body; and anchor fixed to the film body such that the film body is anchored to the bottom of the water system, wherein a pair of electrode forming lines consisted of a positive electrode forming line(1) and a negative electrode forming line(2) are formed on a surface of the film body so as to prevent attachment or growth of marine organisms through the electric shock when an electric power is supplied to the film body by a conductor(1).
