A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MICRO-PATTERNED MOLD

A method for manufacturing a micro-patterned mold is provided to overcome the limitations of machinability in an existing mold core manufacturing process using SUS materials and remarkably shorten the time required for a cutting process by manufacturing a master using a metallic material which has low hardness and excellent machinability. A master is manufactured by forming an optical pattern on the surface layer of a metal having an excellent machinability(S10). On the upper side of the master, on which the optical pattern is formed, an electroformed layer having a certain thickness is formed(S20). Then an electroformed pattern, which is formed as the electroformed layer is coated on the master, is separated from the master(S30). A stamper is manufactured as the electroformed pattern is combined with a jig(S40).
