The plate has one or more semi-plates, which consist of central roof space of expanded polystyrene and two side attached bands of concrete prestressed. The semi-plates have other armed cross-sectional bands at certain regular distance throughout all the semi-plate. The plate is made in the prestressed long track. A layer of continuous compression of concrete, which penetrate in the hinges or receivers is provided. A framework to transmit the cross-sectional load between adjacent semi-plates is provided.
