An optical functional sheet and a display device are provided to prevent non-uniform brightness by maintaining front brightness above a fixed level. An optical functional sheet has a base film(3) and a prism(4) arranged on one plane of the base film. Each prism has two bottom sides in parallel with a first direction, two first slant sides, two bottom sides in parallel with a second direction and two second slant sides. The area of one of the second slant is larger than 0.5 times and equal to or smaller than 2.5 times the area of the two first slant sides.
