Development of a conference system between many persons using an adaptive circular microphone array is provided to remove an interference signal in a subarray of the circular microphone array by finding a section where only the interference signal is found. In a conference system, a target signal is extracted after removing noise or noise sound by constituting the circular microphone array and a subarray thereof. After calculating power ratio of difference and sum of two adjacent microphone outputs after the output of a microphone subarray passes through a high pass filter, buffered dispersion is calculated by including past value of power ratio kept in a buffer and then is compared with a specific threshold value, and then a coefficient of an adaptive filter is updated by discriminating the section having an interference signal only. |
