A structure of a folding device for a paper box is provided to reduce the possibility of an error by assembling paper folding knives under a constant pressure and at an accurate position. In a structure of a folding device for a paper box, a paper folding knife(40) is assembled in a body. The paper folding knife is assembled in a vertically movable body of a paper folding device. A holder(30) is assembled in a guide plate(60) assembled on the right and left sides of the body. A catching piece(50) with the paper folding knife is assembled in the holder. The holder is inclined by rotating a locking piece(20) so that the catching piece is separated from the body and the holder, and the catching piece can be assembled in the body and the holder by the reverse process.
