A clip for fixing a shield can is provided to couple a clip on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) by increasing an area of the clip which is soldered on the PCB. A clip for fixing a shield can includes plural first fixing portions(41,42), a second fixing portion(43), an elongation portion(43a), a connection portion, and a pair of elastic slices(44,45). The fixing portions are fixed on a PCB. The second fixing portion is fixed on the PCB between the first fixing portions. The elongation portion is elongated from the PCB outside the second fixing portion. The connection portion is slantingly arranged to couple the elongation portion with the first fixing portion. The elastic slices are arranged on the elongation portion to face each other, so that a sidewall of the shield can is clamped by the elastic slices.
