Method and device for adjusting the stroke movement in a crimping device

The method involves performing a swinging movement from an initial position (2.1) towards crimping position located on lower dead point (4) of the eccentric pin (2), which is worked in a final position (2.2) . The final position is specular to initial position referred in terms of a plane built parallel to the movement direction (5) of the upper part (1) of the crimping tool in the rotary axis (7) of the eccentric shaft (3). The final position is used as initial position for the next crimping process. The initial and final positions are rigidly coupled to each other and jointly adjusted. An independent claim is also included for a device for execution of the method for crimping of contact elements to wire by crimping tool driven by eccentric pin of eccentric shaft.
