Artificial internally born kidney for auxiliary hemodialysis is a device which is connected internally with an artery and the bladder of the patient, and by means of a filter consisting of stationary lamellae (1), between which other movable lamellae (2) can reciprocate, on which capillary wires (19) have been implanted along the width, and have been sprayed by a special lacquer (20), which is removed from the points of the capillary wires, effecting thereby the suitable distances in order to remove the ultrafiltrate by the syringe (5) and the piston (8) to the bladder. It comprises a blood leakage sensor (11) and a system for bi-directional communication by ultrasounds for the communication of the device with a computer. It also produces ultrasounds for the prevention of the filter clogging. |
