A system and a method for managing travel information integrally by using the communication network are provided to enable a travel agency to develop a travel product capable of making an optimal profit and enable a customer to receive the best service at a low price by enabling branches and agents to preoccupy a block with a condition over a BEP(Break Even Point). An agent server(1) collects/stores traffic, board and lodging data of the travel site, and stores/transmits an option change request and additional option data of various kinds of travel products. A main server(2) stores the data received from the agent server to a database, processes the data related to a contract and payment of the travel product, and selects a lodging facility to be selected as the block by analyzing reservation data of the lodging facility in comparison with a previous year. A customer terminal(3) includes a communicating module and a web browser for selecting the travel product, and transmitting the selected travel product and payment data by displaying the travel site data received from the server. |
