MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MULTILAYER LAMINATED FILM

A method for manufacturing a multi-layer laminate film is provided to inhibit air bubbles generated between a resin film with a high moisture content and a transparent film when attaching the transparent film to the resin film. A method for manufacturing a multi-layer laminate film comprises a first transparent film(B1) with a moisture content of 0.5-5 wt% and a second transparent film(B2) to both surfaces of a resin film(A) with a moisture content of 10-60 wt% by way of an adhesive or cohesive layer. In the method, the resin film and the first transparent film are passed under pressure through a gap between a pair of rolls formed by a first metal roll(b1) and a first elastic roll(a1) in such a manner that the first transparent film is in contact with the first metal roll to form a laminate film. Then, the resultant laminate film and a second transparent film are passed under pressure through a gap between a pair of rolls formed by a second metal roll(b2) and a second elastic roll(a2) in such a manner that the second transparent film is in contact with the second metal roll to form a multi-layer laminate film.
