An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent oxygen and heat from degrading the display device by quickly discharging heat from an organic light emitting member or an electrode. An organic light emitting display device includes an insulation substrate(110), plural TFTs, a pixel electrode(191), an organic light emitting member(370), a common electrode(270), and a sealing member(400). The TFTs(Thin Film Transistors) are formed on a display region of the insulation substrate. The pixel electrode is connected to the TFTs. The organic light emitting member is formed on the pixel electrode. The common electrode is formed on the organic light emitting member. The sealing member is formed on the common electrode and contains a seal resin, on which heat conductive particles with a heat conductivity higher than 10W/mK are distributed.
