<p>A PTC fitting cartridge is provided to prevent a material surrounding the PTC cartridge from being broken by allowing the material to be connected with the PTC fitting cartridge through an undercut formed in the material to remove a hoop stress. A pneumatic apparatus assembly(10) comprises a housing for a pneumatic apparatus(16), a port(14) disposed in the housing and a press fitting cartridge(12) which is accommodated in the port. The press fitting cartridge includes plastic and is provided at an outer surface(26) thereof with a stud. The port is provided on an inner surface thereof with an undercut to receive the stud such that the press fitting cartridge is locked to the housing. The pneumatic apparatus includes a pneumatic brake and a pneumatic height control valve.</p> |
