A contents supply system of a mobile communication terminal and an operation method thereof are provided to divide contents into output-available sizes through the terminal, and to store the divided contents in a proxy server, so that the contents of predetermined size can be transmitted to the terminal in real time. A server(10) calls XML(Extensible Markup Language)-type contents from an Internet server(40), converts a document type of the contents into a WML(Wireless Markup Language) type, and individually divides the converted contents into output-available sizes through a mobile communication terminal(30). A proxy server(20) stores the divided contents, and provides the contents to the terminal(30) in real time according to a request of the terminal(30).
