An organophotoreceptor is provided to generate a high-resolution output and be suitable for short waves of about 400-500 nm. An organophotoreceptor for short waves includes a conductive support and a photosensitive layer formed on the conductive supporter. The photosensitive layer comprises a naphthalenetetracarboxylic acid diimide derivative represented by the following formula 1, wherein each of R1 and R2 independently represents hydrogen, a halogen group, a C1-20 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or a C1-20 substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, R3 represents a C1-20 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a C1-20 substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, a C7-30 substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group, or -(CH2)n-Y-R4(wherein, Y represents an oxygen atom or sulfur atom, R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-20 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, and n represents an integer of 1-12), and Ar represents a C6-30 substituted or unsubstituted aryl group.
