An apparatus for cooling and heating a beverage container, a vehicle having the same, and method for controlling temperature of the beverage container are provided to allow a front case of the cooling and heating apparatus to slide automatically by using an elastic member. An apparatus for cooling and heating a beverage container comprises a case, which is provided in a vehicle and is installed at a front of a blowing outlet providing conditioning air. The case has a receiving space for receiving the beverage container. The case includes a rear case(220), which is adjacent to the blowing outlet, and a front case(120), which is connected to a front of the rear case(220). One of the front case(120) and the rear case(220) slides from the other. One of the front case(120) and the rear case(220) includes an elastic member. |
