A method for manufacturing a slide under rail is provided to cut down a manufacturing cost and an operating process and to improve reliability of a durable product, by producing the under tail step by step by inserting a plate material between press molds. A method for manufacturing a slide under rail includes a step of carrying a plate material between press molds and forming plural combining holes at one side of the plate material as the standardized plate material is cut by inserting a raw material(S1); a step of bending the other end portion of the carried plate material sharply and forming a guide unit by pressing the bent outer surface(S2); a step of performing a bending operation continuously at a regular interval at the formed guide unit(S3); and a step of separating the plate material which is formed by the third step, from the raw material(S4).
