A tourmaline-containing patch manufacturing method is provided to maintain the initial hardness and elasticity and to produce patches proper for the human body by making silicon of low hardness in a desirable shape and thickness. A tourmaline-containing patch manufacturing method produces patches by interposing fiber sheets between an upper patch and a lower patch(20) by using an upper module(110) having an upper patch molding groove(112) at the bottom side, a lower module(120) having a lower upper patch molding groove(122) on the upside, and a middle module having one flat surface and a fiber sheet molding projection unit on the other surface. The tourmaline-containing patch manufacturing method comprises a step for interposing the middle module between the upper and lower modules and firstly heating and pressing the upper and lower patches, respectively by using the upper and lower patch molding grooves and a step for separating the middle module and secondly heating and pressing the upper patch, the lower patch, and the fiber sheet integrally by placing the fiber sheet on the upper part of the lower patch. The upper patch is molded by using silicone. The lower patch is molded by using silicone, tourmaline, and zeolite.
