A noiseless actuator assembly is provided to prevent unnecessary noise generated according to the locking and unlocking operations of a user and to improve sensitive satisfaction for a vehicle. In a noiseless actuator assembly(10), a curved cam unit(100) is equipped with an interlocking gear unit(20) engaged with a worm gear(12) of a driving motor(11) installed in the actuator assembly connected with a door latch assembly and composed of first and second curved cams(110,120) symmetrically protruded from the upside center of the interlocking gear unit and provided with rounded outer peripheral surfaces. A noise preventing piece has a receiving groove(210) recessed to the inside of an inner lever(200) toward the first and second curved cams in order to surface-contact with the first and second curved cams of the curved cam unit and first and second levers(220,230) formed at both sides of the receiving groove to surface-contact with the first and second curved cams. The first and second levers are integrally injection-molded at an insertion groove unit recessed toward the inside of the inner lever, by using materials different from materials of the inner lever.
