A portable inhaler is provided to supply exhalation of a user to a filler material when the user breathes out and to prevent gas generated from the filler material from flowing backward when the user breathes in, by forming an injecting unit made of elastic material. A portable inhaler is composed of: an outer housing(10); a breathing tube(20) communicating with the upper part of the outer housing; an inner housing(30) forming a passage between the outer housing and the inner housing; a filler material(40) composed of barium peroxide and a catalyst and filled into the inner housing; filters(50',50") positioned at the upper and lower sides of the filler material to prevent the filler material from being discharged; an injecting unit(60) disposed above the inner housing, wherein the upper end of the injecting unit is formed as a wide passage and the lower end is formed as a narrow passage; and an inhalation one-way valve(70) combined with the inside of the outer housing and the outside of the inner housing.
