Class 29 [Also in Groups XIV and XXV] A refrigerator cabinet 10 is provided with a trim member 22 extending forwardly flush with the side walls of the cabinet and giving the door 12 the appearance of being countersunk in the walls. The trim member 22 is of laminated material, an outer polished metal part overlying a heavier U-shaped channel element 23, and is supported by a number of brackets 18 bolted to the cabinet outer liner 11. The corners of the outer liner to which the trim members are secured are stiffened by members 21. The end of outer liner 11 forms a channel section 19 to receive one end of a breaker strip 17, the other end of which is clipped to the inner liner as shown. The trim member accommodates cables forming electrical connections to a butter heater carried by the door, adjustable feet for the refrigerator cabinet (see Group XIV), door hinges (see Group XXV) Specification 807,602 [Group XXV] is referred to.</p> |
