<p>A display device equipped with a touch screen and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve whole structure of the display device and a design level by forming a window having a beautiful window frame to a structure, such as electrodes and wirings of the touch screen, to be hidden. A touch screen assembly(23) includes the window frame to prevent exposure of electrode and wiring structures(28) of the touch screen. The window frame is formed on a substrate comprising the touch screen by using a metallic or inorganic thin film or coating. The touch screen assembly comprises upper and lower substrates(24,26), and a transparent conductive film(25) is formed to an inner side of the upper substrate. The window frame is placed between the inner side of the upper substrate and the transparent conductive film. An insulation layer is placed between the window frame and the transparent conductive film.</p> |
