A skate board is provided to prevent a drowning accident by using an upper plate as a life belt and to let a user choose skating and sledding functions by attaching or detaching a skate blade and a sledge blade. A skate board(10) is composed of an upper plate(12) formed as an air mat and fixing members(20) installed at the bottom of the upper plate. One of a skate blade unit(30), a sledge blade unit(40), and a roller unit is selectively combined with the fixing member. The sledge blade unit is joined to the outer side of the skate blade unit. An air injecting port(14) and a cap(16) covering the air injecting port are formed at the bottom side of the upper plate.
