An OBU(On-Board Unit) using a multi-function interface device is provided to enable a user to fill electronic cash to the OBU anywhere by using a charging mode of a mobile terminal, and interface with the multi-function interface device including a toll payment function, an IC card reading function, and a mobile terminal charging function. A wireless transceiving module(500) performs communication with an RFC(Radio Frequency Communication) controller of the tollgate. A USB(Universal Serial Bus) interface(510) is connected to the multi-function interface device(200) including an IC card by connecting to the wireless transceiving module and supporting a USB communication mode. A display unit(530) informs the user of state information related to the RFC controller. A microcomputer(540) controls the OBU and a memory(550) is needed for operating the microcomputer. A DC-DC transformer(560) supplies power by using DC power of a vehicle. The multi-function interface device charges the electronic cash to the IC card by interfacing with the mobile terminal and pays the toll by using the electronic cash. |
