A portable scanner is provided to enable a user to manage data such as a name, a company name, a phone number and a mobile number easily by inputting and storing various kinds of data recorded in a name card or a phone book conveniently. A head is formed to a front side of a body. A character recognizer is connected to the head. A controlling is connected to the character recognizer. A manipulator is connected to one side of the controller. A display part is connected to the manipulator. A storing part is connected to the other side of the controller. An external connection terminal transfers the data stored in the storing part by connecting to the controller. A battery is installed to a rear part of the body. The head comprise a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) to scanning the data printed on the name card, the phone book, a book, and a pamphlet. |
