A motor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize an error from a design value by pressurizing and coupling a hub to/with a shaft so that the shaft is inserted in a state of supporting a base cover in an axis of the shaft direction. A motor includes a fixing member, a rotation member, and a base cover(120). The fixing member includes a sleeve(130) with a through hole(139). The rotation member may be a shaft(110), a plate(150), and a hub(160). The shaft is inserted into the through hole. The rotation member is rotated around a virtual rotation axis by being connected to the fixing member. The base cover covers a side of the fixing member and the rotation member. The base cover is made of an elastically transformed material so as to be in contact with the fixing member or the rotation member by pressing.
