A fine adulteration treating apparatus is provided to reduce facility area and power consumption by making it not necessary to install machinery and equipment of various processes and improve treatment efficiency of sewage and wastewater by promptly performing a water purification process, and a fine adulteration treating system comprising the apparatus is provided. A fine adulteration treating system comprises: a fine adulteration treating apparatus(10) including chains(30) rotated endlessly in such a shape that the chains surround a discharge port of a pipeline(181) into which sewage and wastewater flow, a screen(321) installed on the chains to filter fine adulterations contained in sewage and wastewater, a drive unit for rotating the chains and the screen endlessly, chain guides(161,163) which are formed in a lower part, and which enable the chains lowered during endless rotation to ascend upward in such a shape that the chains surround the discharge port of the pipeline, and a screw press(367) which removes filtrate and fine adulterations and discharges the fine adulterations by collecting fine adulterations dropped from the screen when the screen is rotated endlessly by the drive unit; and a concrete structure(20) including a blocking wall which is installed at the rear side of the chain guides, and blocks a flow of sewage and wastewater such that sewage and wastewater flown in through the pipeline are discharged through the screen.
