A cover for protecting a light emitting device of a light emitting wheel is provided to achieve a structure that the light emitting device is not damaged by an outside shock. A light emitting wheel includes: a wheel hub(20), with which a circuit board(15) for a light emitting device is connected; a wheel tire, formed out of a resin so as to cover the wheel hub and to carry out a damping action, and arranged in a bent portion of the wheel hub; and a protective cover(201), connected to the wheel hub so as to prevent the resin from reaching the light emitting device during a forming process, and protecting the light emitting device.
