A balance shaft module is provided to reduce rattling noise by applying drag force at an end of input shaft and to reduce fine noise caused by chains by minimizing changes in sprocket alignment. A balance shaft has an orifice hole to deliver pressure created by a second oil pump at surface of an end of an input shaft(9) through an oil passageway(L) formed inside of a third housing(H3) to connect to the second oil pump. An oil chamber(OC) is formed to evenly apply oil pressure at the end of the input shaft through the orifice hole(OH).
