A method for manufacturing a veneer without use of a metal film and a veneer manufactured by the same are provided to facilitate manufacturing of a veneer with good natural pattern and to reduce production cost of the veneer. A method for manufacturing a veneer includes the steps of: laminating an adhesive containing non-woven fabric layer(3), a pattern layer(1), OPP(oriental poly propylene) film(2), OPP film, a pattern layer, and an adhesive containing layer in order; pressuring the above laminated layer by heating with a press at 100~150deg.C for 30~40 minutes or at 160~220deg.C for 2~5 minutes; and separating and removing OPP film to manufacture 2 sheets of veneer at one time.
