A coal pulverizer having a pulverized coal leakage preventing device is provided to restrain pollution of a bearing by preventing the leakage of pulverized coal toward a gap between a particle size sorter and a center pipe by forming an air flow toward the lower side through a vane of the pulverized coal leakage preventing device. A pulverized coal leakage preventing device(300) installed in a coal pulverizer having a particle size sorter and a center pipe is inserted into a gap between the particle size sorter and the center pipe, fixed to the particle size sorter, rotating when the particle size sorter turns, and provided with plural vanes(430) forming the flow of the air toward the lower side. The pulverized coal leakage preventing device comprises a pipe-shaped inner ring(420) larger than an outer diameter of the center pipe; an outer ring(410) positioned on the concentric circle of the inner ring to cover the inner ring; plural vanes radially inserted into a space formed between the inner and outer rings to fix the inner and outer rings; and a flange(440) formed at the lower end of the outer ring and fixed to the lower part of the particle size sorter.
