<p>Displacement device for the intermittent movement of band-type raw material comprises an elongated rocker (14) with a fork-shaped first end (63) with two symmetrically arranged fork prongs (88, 89). A control rod is linked to the rocker. A coiled spring acts on the rocker along its middle axis (91). An upper displacement roller (8) is arranged symmetrically relative to a line bisecting its middle longitudinal axis and its symmetry plane coincides with the middle axis of the rocker.
